« Frequently Asked Questions »

What day is my favourite band playing?

The day splits and stage splits for all artists have not yet been announced. Keep an eye on our social media for the latest announcements.

Can I be on the lineup?

Maybe!

We accept artist applications between May and December each year. Once our lineup is announced we no longer accept submissions until the following year.

We carefully select our lineup to ensure we bring our festival-goers the best artists possible from local talent and far away.

Is it only rock music?

We have an immense range of music - including rock, pop rock, alt rock, indie rock, electro rock, acoustic rock, acoustic pop, folk, ska, punk, pop punk, metal, grime, rap, horror punk, electro, crossover, dubstep, trance, drum and bass, and everything in between.

There are many stages, so there is music to suit all tastes.

There's also all sorts of other activities available for all ages

Can I pay in installments?

Yes.

You can split the cost over 3 months using PayPal.

At the checkout stage, select PayPal as your choice of payment method, and you can split the cost over 3 months.

This is currently the only option for splitting payments. We hope to bring more payment plans options for future festivals.

Can I pay on arrival / on the gate?

Yes, but only whilst there are tickets left.

You can wait until you arrive to purchase your tickets, however Teddy Rocks Festival has sold out in previous years, so we recommend purchasing them through our website in advance to save any disappointment. Some ticket types may have already sold out.

Are there child VIP tickets?

Our VIP upgrades can be purchased for anyone 5 years old or older. Under 5's can enter VIP with an adult VIP wristband holder. VIP upgrades are the same price for all.

Do you have a reseller partner site?

No, we don't

They only place you can get guaranteed genuine tickets is from our ticketing partner Ticketek which can be accessed via our website here.

If you choose to purchase a ticket from someone else on the internet, you do so at your own risk and we accept zero responsibility if your money is wasted on a scam.

Is there any allocated seating or standing positions?

No. Although tickets may suggest this, there is no allocated standing or seating areas. You are free to stand wherever you like within the arena.

Do you give tickets away as prizes to raffles for other charities?

We seldom ever do this. As a sellout festival, every ticket we give away for free is one less ticket we can sell and therefore less money we can raise for our chosen charities.

Please do not email us asking for donations, the rare occasions we do choose to give away free tickets are in partnership with our festival sponsors.

Are there disabled tickets?

We don't sell a specific ticket type for disabled customers, but we do cater for disabled customers. You can read about our facilities on our Accessibility page.

Disabled customers are entitled to purchase a free carers ticket for a carer attending the festival with them. Apply for a carers ticket.

You may bring in unopened plastic bottles of water (no glass!) or an empty refillable water bottle (plastic/metal) which you can fill up at our water stations.

Yes, you may bring a chair with you to sit on into the arena.

We hope you won't need an umbrella but should the weather require it, you can bring one of those too.

Not far! Our car park is in a field adjacent to the camping field.

To walk from the car park to the campsite will take less than 5 minutes at a slow pace, and less than 10 to the farthest point from the car park depending on which campite area you are in.

Blue badge holders will get priority parking at the front of the car park

Yes.

A selection of our food vendors offer gluten free and vegans options. See our food and drink page for more information.
